Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO allows you to use a third party provider, such as Azure AD, to sign in to your contact centre. SSO must have already been configured on Amazon Connect.

SSO can be managed by going to your contact centre in the admin app, clicking Customise and going into Integrations.

To enable SSO, toggle the feature on and enter your provider URL. To save, simply click anywhere outside the text field.
