Getting Started

Introduction

The NEONNOW Admin application provides an admin interface to NEONNOW. It is intended to be used for the following user types

  • Admins & Implementors - who are initially deploying contact centre (tenant) instances solution, and configuring core features of the platform including user management of NEONNOW Admin

  • Operations staff - who will be carrying out such tasks as managing Operational Parameters, Custom Schedules, or Managing Agent Wrap Codes.

Feature Overview

  • Contact Centers - control configuration within each Contact Center instance (aka tenant). Within each instance, select ‘Customise’ to configure the following areas:

    • Features - enable of core features including Interaction History, Insights

    • Integrations - enable & configure SSO, CRM integration and External Directories

    • Agents - control configuration that influences Agent experience, such as ACW & Wrap codes, Personal Contacts, Templates, recording controls

    • Queues - control queue-based configuration including hiding queues

    • Customisation - enable softphone-only mode, and configure various types of Modules

    • Channels - Enable NEONNOW Email (requires additional configuration), 3rd Party Chat Connectors, and Ad-hoc outbound SMS

    • Operations - configure Operational Parameters and Custom Schedules

  • Users - invite new users, manage existing users

  • Organisation Settings - setup org-level configuration, such as branding
