Integration Role Updater

Introduction​

NEONNOW integration to Amazon Connect relies on a locally deployed AWS IAM role that is deployed upon initial setup.

As new features are deployed to NEONNOW, new inline policies may need to be added to this role, to allow to NEONNOW to fully function.

Releases notes will include whether or not a change is required to IAM role.

This feature of admin makes it quick and efficient to update the currently deployed role.

Pre-Requisites​

Please ensure you are logged into AWS Console, in the account where the IAM role is deployed, with appropriate priviledges to manage & update IAM roles.

Running the Tool​

Log into NEONNOW Admin, and select the Contact Centre Instance you want to manage.

Select the 'key' icon, on the top right. From the modal window, you can copy the role permissions, and use the 'Update AWS Role' button to be taken directly to the AWS role page.
