Conversations

NEONNOW includes a Digital Employee or chatbot feature we call 'Conversations'.

This enables complex web chat journeys to be created which can handle high volume, low complexity interactions such as FAQs, order tracking, and other common customer queries. In addition, this is integrated through to the NEONNOW chat channel, so that agents can seamlessly take over the conversation if required.

Setup of conversations is no automated, and requires some configuration and enablement. Please contact your NEONNOW account manager to discuss your requirements.
