Softphone & Workspace

NEONNOW can be used in both workspace mode and softphone mode. Softphone is a small form factor, typically used as an embedded control (iframe) within a CRM system.

To lock your contact centre to only using softphone mode, toggle this ON under Contact Centre--> instance --> Settings-->Customisation

With this option set to ON, when agents log into NEONNOW, the browser tab will only show the agent workspace in 'softphone' size. Agents can adjust the browser window size to match the softphone size accordingly.
